Sound Bath Participation Guidance

While sound baths can be a deeply supportive practice, they are not a replacement for medical care or professional advice. If you are working with a medical or mental health provider, we recommend checking in with them beforehand and sharing any needs with your facilitator so we can create the best possible experience for you. Consult your provider or inform the facilitator before attending if: you are pregnant (bring body support pillows), have a pacemaker, hearing sensitivity, epilepsy, cardiac devices, PTSD, neurological or other medical/mental health conditions.

Release of Liability: By participating in our sound bath sessions, you acknowledge that you are doing so at your own risk. At all times a safe and supported environment will be provided, but we cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions or experiences.

Informed Consent: Your participation in the sound bath session indicates your informed consent to these terms and conditions.
